As we grow older, the body and mind take the backseat for every exciting venture. This could be due to the weakening links between our body and mind, making us doubt our ability to work harder. But it could also be arising from the lack of sleep, which may be a result of strange sleep behaviors. Many of the things we do in our sleep may be linked with the sleep disorder. We need to identify such behaviors in order to beat the atypical practices. Here are some of the strange sleep behaviors:

  • Sleep talking
  • Sleepwalking
  • Sleep starts or hypnic jerks
  • Sexual advances or acts
  • Acting out the dreams
